Quotations
Allows for the creation of quotations to customers.
Past information of relevance will be displayed when creating a quotation.
Stock quantity will be displayed alongside the quotation.
Cost prices of stock by various methods (FIFO, Highest Price, Lowest Price, Current Price, volume) will also be displayed to assist the users in quoting a price to the customer.
Multiple quotations can be created, or overwritten as per decided by the users. All quotations will be tracked.
Data from past quotations can be reused in a new quotation.
Confirmed quotations can be used to generate Purchase Orders, Confirmation Orders, Delivery Dockets and the data will be updated to your accounting package automatically.
Marketing Statistics
Users can generate their own business statistics via an intuitive query system. These statistics can be produced on screen, directly in Excel™ or emailed and faxed without having to print any documents. The Marketing Statistics includes graphing and charting functionalities.
Document Management
ELO™ and Knowledge Tree integration is handled behind the scene in most cases. Where required, additional interfaces are included to manage archived documents as they relate to processes.
Executive Summary
The Executive Summary features groups and organizes records into different categories for an overview of the entire business. Each summary can be further “drilled down” to obtain more details.
PAM
Personal Admin Manager is a program that monitors the system and informs the appropriate users of notable events. Also acts as a Personal Assistant to remind users of scheduled tasks and pass messages to other users.
AMI
The Attachment Management and Integration program allows users to attach documents directly to records. Attached documents remain associated to the record and can be retrieved directly from the record. The archiving with AMI happens automatically behind the scene.
One Touch
Where appropriate, unobtrusive icons will be strategically placed next to data entry fields for additional functionality. These functionalities may include functions sending an email, SMS texting, retrieval of additional information or viewing a map on Google Maps™. The features saves the users from hunting around for related information or having to manually open other applications.
Extended Fields
Data that is part of a record, but is not commonly used is hidden from view so as not to clutter the screen and confuse the users. Clicking on a button reveals the hidden fields. Clicking on the button once more will hide the fields again.
